Step 2. Complete your application online
Complete your application online by completing your details and providing proof of income and expenses.
Apply online if you are:
- 18 years or older;
- an Australian citizen or currently residing permanently in Australia;
- employed on a PAYG basis;
- not currently/have not previously been bankrupt
During the application process, we may ask you to provide
- Proof of income (e.g. payslips)
- Money you owe (e.g. personal loan statements)
- A form of identification (driver’s licence, passport)
Digital verification
To assess your application, we will access your bank account transaction information through a third party provider. We will also verify your identity electronically through a third party provider.
If you would not like us to do these things, you will be unable to proceed with your online application, but you can still apply over the phone (1300 747 747) or at any of our branches.
Privacy
We collect and hold your personal information entered into this application form, even if you do not submit your application. If you've started your online application but haven't completed it, we may give you a call to see how we can help you. Our Privacy Notice provides further information about how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.
